Accidentally Deleted or Lost Files

If you have deleted content by accident, or you feel you’ve lost Projects or lyrics, you can get in touch with us and we’ll take a look at your account to see if we can restore your files from a backup - you just need to open a support ticket with us via the support section of the app.

Here’s what we will need from you:

  1. Firstly, have you made sure you don’t have 2 accounts? Do you authenticate with Facebook? Do you have two different email addresses you are logging in with (we’re asking because 99% of the time, this is the reason folks have “lost” content)

  2. If you are sure you only have one account, please let us know:

    1. When you lost the content

    2. What you lost: Project name(s), File name(s)

  3. Please provide the email address associated with your account

Once we have these details, we will look to restore the data that has been accidentally deleted.
